Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain dispatch details accurately.
• Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles.
• Coordinate with warehouse for material readiness and loading.
• Prepare and check invoices, e-way bills and dispatch documents.
• Ensure correct material and quantity are loaded.
• Track dispatch until the vehicle leaves.
• Update the dispatch/pending sheet daily.
• Follow up on all pending dispatches and close them.
