Job summary

Tekno Valves in Kolkata seeks a responsible dispatch operations professional to assist in daily dispatch activities. You will prepare invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills, ensure accuracy of product codes and customer details, and work with packing and Sales teams to align schedules.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, ERP/SAP proficiency, and clear English communication with transporters and customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Knowledge of domestic dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill).
• Proficient in using ERP, SAP or equivalent systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English via email with transporters and customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all daily dispatch operations and related activities.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required documents.
• Check and verify product codes, quantities, and customer details before dispatch.
• Coordinate with packing department to align dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters and track shipments.
• Enter dispatches in ERP system.
• Communicate dispatch status with transporters and internal departments (Sales, Packing, Stores, Accounts).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in commerce or a related field.

COMPETENCY

• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse / Logistic operations , Supply chain , preferably in an industrial manufacturing set up.
• Knowledge on domestic dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, etc.).
• proficient in using of ERP, SAP or equivalent
• Competent to do routine email communication in English with respect to despatch with transporters and customers.
• Ability to manage correspondences with internal departments( Packing, stores, Sales)
• Must be a Quick Learner

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all activities related to the daily desptach operations which includes
