Job summary

Sandhar Technologies in Bommasandra, Karnataka, seeks a BE with 3+ years of experience to drive sales targets and optimize transportation and inventory. The role includes managing JIT/ASN, FIFO adherence, and freight/OT cost controls, while ensuring smooth operations with customers.

You will review FG stock across customers, coordinate with PPC and finance for invoicing and PV, and monitor daily performance to minimize non-moving items and ensure timely communications.

• Achieving Sales Target as per schedule
• Transportation Cost/ Lead Time for Vehicle Arrangement
• Ensures No Line Stoppage at customer end, JIT call and ASN from customer
• Schedule Adherence as per customer requirement/ FIFO
• Control Freight cost, and OT cost
• FG stock review all customer (Min-Max)
• Customer daily requirement-JIT,ASN
• FG bin- In and out review and communication to customer
• As per day hit rate sales review all customers
• Transport bill submission to finance on monthly
• Check customer invoice GRN inward status on daily
• Identifying Non-moving items and discuss with customer and PPC to date
• Responsible for PV
• Window timing at SAB and monitoring
• FG bin PV on every quarter
• Control freight cost/ Restriction of premium freight
• JIT Failures and analysis on daily Basis
