Job summary

Valeo in India is seeking an engineering professional to perform activities in compliance with the Engineering discipline Development Plan for their project. The role involves robust design and validation aligned with economical targets, along with supporting technical architecture and standards assignments.

Responsibilities include reviewing internal and customer requirements, standards adherence, and participating in design reviews with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities in compliance with Engineering discipline Development Plan of his/her PG/PL.
• Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications.
• In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets.
• Support technical architecture and standards assignments.
• Follow Standardization rules.
• Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers.
• His/her scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks / product.
• Complying With Engineering Disciplines Processes And Design Rules.
• Perform or support Engineering discipline design simulations/coding/validation.
• Perform or support Engineering discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies.
• Perform or support Engineering disciplines tests.
• Management follow-up.
• Reports the progress of his tasks.
• Escalate risks.
