Job summary

James Douglas is seeking a senior investment professional to lead technology investments across high-growth sectors in Mumbai. The role involves driving value creation across the portfolio and collaborating with portfolio company management, external advisors, and the fund team to close strategic technology investments.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience across Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking with a technology focus.
• Strong track record of executing and managing technology investments.
• Deep relationships across founders, entrepreneurs, VCs, investment banks, and intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of technology investments, including evaluation, structuring, and transaction closure.
• Source and build a strong pipeline across SaaS, enterprise technology, data analytics, cybersecurity, and other new-age technology sectors.
• Drive due diligence processes in collaboration with management teams and external advisors.
• Partner with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, strategic transactions, and exit opportunities.
• Contribute to fund development, ecosystem relationships, and mentoring of junior investment professionals.

Qualifications
