One of our clients, a leading India-based private equity platform, is looking to hire a fundraising professional to support investor relations, capital raising initiatives, and institutional investor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with institutional investors and family offices, supporting ongoing investor communications
• Prepare investor reports, AGM presentations, fundraising materials, and LP updates
• Coordinate due diligence requests and collaborate with internal teams to address investor queries
• Support fundraising initiatives, roadshows, co-investment processes, and CRM pipeline management
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and portfolio analytics to strengthen fundraising efforts

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Private Equity Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Equity Research
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, fundraising processes, and financial metrics
• MBA, CA, or CFA preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
