Job summary

The Edge Partnership, on behalf of a leading global financial institution, seeks a technology leader to build and run its Capital Markets Technology function in India. You will shape a high-performing engineering organisation accountable for global trading platforms across regions, delivering critical technology and production excellence.

Working with senior technology and business stakeholders, you will drive modernization, cloud adoption, API enablement and regulatory-compliant platforms.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of Capital Markets technology experience.
• Deep understanding of Rates, FX, Credit and Derivatives tech.
• Proven track record leading large engineering organisations.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

You will be an accomplished technology executive with deep Capital Markets expertise gained within a global investment bank or major financial institution.

You will demonstrate:

• 18+ years' experience in Capital Markets Technology.
• Strong understanding of Rates, FX, Credit and Derivatives technology.
• Experience supporting front-to-back trading platforms including pricing, risk, trade lifecycle and regulatory reporting.
• A proven track record of building and leading large engineering or technology delivery organisations.
• Experience operating within highly regulated global banking environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams.
• A passion for building high-performing technology organisations and driving large-scale transformation.
