Job summary

hy: Tech and Consulting is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Quality function for claims/benefits operations, guiding governance, SOPs and quality frameworks.

You will drive compliance, own KPIs, lead Lean/Six Sigma and automation initiatives, coach senior managers, and partner with operations, clients, underwriting and leadership teams. This role requires large-scale team management and a strong healthcare/insurance background, with master black belt preferred.
