Role Overview

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Director of UI/UX Design to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
