Crewlia is seeking a UI/UX Design Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will shape our operations and drive strategic initiatives while delivering results in a hands-on capacity.

The candidate will blend strategic thinking with practical execution, collaborating across teams in an agile environment. We offer a fully remote setup, flexible hours, learning stipends, and a performance-based bonus structure.

Competenze

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with modern frontend/backend frameworks and Git.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
