Crewlia is seeking a resourceful UI/UX Design Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will shape product experiences, contribute to strategy, and deliver results across the design and product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, maintain high usability standards, and drive testing and optimization of interfaces in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
