Crewlia is seeking a proactive UI/UX Design Coordinator to join our fully remote team. You will shape operational workflows, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver high‑quality design coordination across product and engineering.

You will translate business needs into design solutions, collaborate with multiple functions, and maintain data hygiene, testing protocols, reports, and process documentation while enjoying flexible remote work hours and ongoing learning opportunities.

Competenze

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in a related role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication abilities.
• Comfort and productivity in a fully remote, distributed environment.
