Crewlia is seeking a proactive Head of UI/UX Design to lead the design function for a globally distributed, remote team. You will shape UX strategy and oversee execution across products.

You will mentor design and research efforts, partner with executive leadership, and implement data-driven, accessible design solutions that drive customer impact.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours, a performance-based bonus, and an annual learning stipend.
