Job summary

Hyatt Regency Goa Porvorim is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead the division in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Director of F&B will function as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the division, ensuring that all outlets and banquets operate profitably and consistently meet Hyatt's standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 Years Work Experience As Director Of F&B

The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Division, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
