Job Overview

Our client is a leading US‑headquartered healthcare manufacturer and distributor, operating one of the largest global product portfolios in its sector and supported by a mature 1,000+ person technology and business services capability centre in Pune. As part of the continued build‑out of its enterprise SAP landscape, they are seeking a Director – SAP Technology to provide overall direction, strategy and delivery leadership across their Corporate Applications estate, aligned to the Finance and Revenue side of the business.

Reporting into senior IT leadership and partnering directly with US‑based stakeholders, this is a strategic leadership seat with full ownership of the SAP application lifecycle – implementation, feature development, change management, maintenance and product support – delivered through large, offshore‑led teams in a global matrix organisation.

This is an opportunity to lead a critical, high‑visibility SAP function within a global healthcare leader, shaping technology strategy while running one of the organization’s most important application portfolios.
