Job summary

Genpact is seeking a seasoned professional to lead process optimization initiatives across the organization. You will develop strategies, analyze current procedures, and drive cross-functional teams to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.

Collaborating with senior leadership, you will define KPIs, monitor progress, and provide mentoring on best practices to enhance operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, or finance; MBA or analytics masters preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Change Management and project leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with APMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, and SAFe frameworks is a plus.
