Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Director - Delivery Excellence to own the end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution and transition. You will lead ERP Transformation, Data & AI, and Application Managed Services engagements for enterprise clients, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting while advancing Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees or MBA in business-related disciplines with analytics emphasis.
• Certifications APMP Practitioner, ITIL, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist are preferred.
• Experience with ERP, data & AI programs and large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution and transition.
• Lead ERP Transformation, Data & AI, and Application Managed Services engagements for enterprise clients.
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Drive Agile delivery, continuous process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead contract discussions, SOW finalization, change requests, and commercial governance.
• Mentor and develop globally distributed delivery teams and advise on industry trends.

Job Description:

Own the end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution and operational transition. Lead ERP Transformation, Data & AI, and Application Managed Services engagements for enterprise client in Consumer Goods and Beverage sector. Ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, quality, budget, and business objectives. Drive delivery governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting. Drive Agile delivery methodologies and continuous process improvement. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging digital technologies Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders. Lead contract discussions, Statement of Work (SOW) finalization, change requests, and commercial governance. Collaborate with sales and business development teams on pursuit strategies, solutioning, and proposal development. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, globally distributed delivery teams. Serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. Managed delivery portfolios valued at USD 30–40 million, leading organizations of approximately 900 –1000 professionals. Experience delivering transformation programs within the Beverage industry is highly desirable.
