Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights is seeking a techno-functional manager with experience in call planning for pharma clients. You will lead architecture and solution discovery on Vault and Salesforce, design data models, and define integration strategies leveraging Vault APIs and Veeva Network.

Candidate should have 5–8 years in pharma analytics and strong leadership skills. The role emphasizes architecture governance, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and guiding developers through Vault

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Technology in Information Technology or Computer.
• 5-8 years of pharma analytics experience or experience in analytics for pharma clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on Vault & Salesforce Platform.
• Design Vault/CRM data model, object relationships, lifecycles, security model, and deployment approach.
• Define integration architecture using Vault APIs, Vault Connections, Veeva Network, and enterprise iPaaS.
• Architect Veeva CRM-to-Vault CRM migration strategy: scope, sequencing, data mapping, cutover.
• Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specs.
• Guide technical leads and developers on Vault design patterns; resolve escalations.
• Lead architecture review boards; ensure adherence to Veeva Vault best practices.
• Drive reusability - accelerators, reference architectures, Vault patterns.
• Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFPs, client presentations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on the Vault & Salesforce Platform
• Design the Vault/ CRM data model, object relationships, lifecycles, security model, and deployment approach
• Define integration architecture leveraging Vault APIs, Vault Connections, Veeva Network, and enterprise iPaaS
• Architect Veeva CRM-to-Vault CRM migration strategy: scope, sequencing, data mapping, parallel operations, cutover
• Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specifications
• Guide technical leads and developers on Vault design patterns; resolve technical escalations
• Lead architecture review boards; ensure adherence to Veeva Vault best practices and platform limits
• Drive reusability - build accelerators, reference architectures, and Vault solution patterns for the practice
• Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations

Education

Work Experience
