Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights is seeking a data migration specialist to own Vault CRM engagements. You will define migration approach, build ETL pipelines, run mock migrations, and cutover while ensuring data quality and reconciliation between source Veeva CRM and Vault CRM.

The role emphasizes hands-on with Vault Loader, Vault Bulk API, Salesforce Data Loader, strong SQL, and Python for high-volume data loads.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating data into Veeva Vault or Vault CRM from legacy systems.
• Hands-on with Vault Loader and Vault Bulk API for high-volume loads.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader for legacy Veeva extractions.
• Strong SQL skills and ETL tooling (Informatica, Talend) or Python.
• Ability to reconcile millions of records with attention to detail.
• GxP / validated data migration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy: scope, approach, tooling, environments, mock runs, cutover plan.
• Perform data profiling and quality assessment on source Veeva CRM and other legacy systems.
• Build extraction, transformation, and load routines using Vault Loader, Vault APIs, and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Python).
• Design and apply data cleansing, de-duplication, and standardization rules.
• Map source-to-target at the object and field level (accounts, HCPs, call data, territories, activities, content, cycle plans).
• Execute mock migrations; coordinate with client data stewards and business for validation.
• Lead cutover: final extracts, loads, reconciliation, sign-offs.
• Document migration artifacts: source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation reports.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven experience migrating data into Veeva CRM or Vault CRM from legacy systems
• Hands-on with Vault Loader and Vault Bulk API for high-volume data loads
• Hands-on with Salesforce Data Loader or dataloader.io for legacy Veeva CRM extractions
• Strong SQL skills; experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend) or scripting (Python)
• Ability to manage reconciliation across millions of records with strong attention to detail
• Experience in GxP / validated data migration is strongly preferred

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Veeva Network (customer master) for account and HCP migration
• Experience with data governance and MDM concepts
• Familiarity with Veeva's official Vault CRM migration playbook
