Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights is seeking a driven business analyst to tackle complex analytical problems in the pharma domain. The role focuses on migration planning, data profiling, and ETL development across Vault and legacy systems.

The candidate will map source-to-target structures, coordinate validation with data stewards, and lead the cutover with final extractions and reconciliations. 0–5 years of experience in IT services/analytics is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant field.
• MCA in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience in analytics/IT services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy: scope, approach, tooling, environments, mock runs, cutover plan
• Perform data profiling and quality assessment on source Veeva CRM and other legacy systems
• Build extraction, transformation, and load routines using Vault Loader, Vault APIs, and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Python)
• Design and apply data cleansing, de-duplication, and standardization rules
• Map source-to-target at the object and field level (accounts, HCPs, call data, territories, activities, content, cycle plans)
• Execute mock migrations; coordinate with client data stewards and business for validation
• Lead cutover: final extracts, loads, reconciliation, sign-offs
• Document migration artifacts: source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation reports
