Job summary

INFINX is seeking a Night Shift AR/RCM leader in Hyderabad to own the AR process P&L. You will provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensure productivity, and maintain quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to plan resources and train staff. You will coordinate with sales and marketing to develop AR workflows and new product ideas.

Qualifications

• Night Shift role requiring a Graduate with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication is essential.
• Ability to absorb key learnings and apply them to own project, with strong analytical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Owns the complete P&L for AR process.
• Provide leadership and focus to project teams; drive productivity and quality.
• Help manage work-related problems, issue interpretation, and decision making.
• Plan resources to ensure optimum utilization and zero revenue shortfalls.
• Support sales in proposals, RFIs/RFQs; develop AR team collateral.
• Coordinate training for new joiners and existing staff as required.
• Identify training gaps and develop retraining plans with the dept. trainer.
• Interact with clients, gather feedback, and formulate strategies to meet needs.

Job Description

Owns the complete P&L for AR process.

Provide leadership and focus to the project teams. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects.Helping the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation of Issues and decision making.Resource planning: Ensuring optimum utilization of resources/capacity.Ensure zero revenue shortfall for all projects.Provide input and support to sales team/BD in putting together business proposals, RFI, RFQ etc Help develop collaterals for the AR team and co-ordinate with marketing team.Provides new ideas to the software team to help improve the AR process. Help develop workflow, new products for the AR team.Learn and implement new client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for new joinees as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirement. Version 1.0 INFINX/HR/D/22 Manage risk/issues. Escalation of key issues to customers /Client service manager.Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the clients specific needs and expectations.Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with dept. trainer for retraining sessions.Tracking and maintaining historic data of various reports including production, quality, Collections report, Operations report & other documentations etc.Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team. .
