Responsibilities

• Directly handle the sale at the prospects site
• Generate/sourcing of prospect appointments for sales
• Deliver effective sales presentations at prospects' locations
• Manage direct meetings, exhibition sales, and web leads
• Handle the Happy Family Reference Programme (HFRP)
• Resolve customer issues/escalations effectively
• Perform B2C销售 duties as a Customer Direct Sales Officer profile
