• Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferred.

The Direct Sales Leader (DSL) is responsible for driving life insurance sales through agency and variable channels, ensuring consistent business delivery, team effectiveness, and adherence to organizational processes. The role requires experienced professionals with strong sales acumen and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance sales across assigned channels (Agency/Variable).
• Achieve allocated sales targets and ensure business growth.
• Manage and supervise the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Maintain strong channel relationships and ensure effective onboarding of sales employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions where required.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency & Variable Channel.
• Overall minimum 5 years of Life Insurance Sales experience.

Education

• Graduate / Postgraduate (PG) (Preferred).

Age

• Age upto 45 years.
