Job summary

Forward in Mumbai is seeking a senior leader to head the Direct Sales channel in health insurance. You will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability while owning P&L and key channel metrics.

You will shape sales strategies, lead large teams and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations and Digital to enhance channel performance and ensure compliant, customer-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Direct Sales / Direct Distribution.
• Experience in Life Insurance or Health Insurance.
• Strong Direct Sales strategy, customer acquisition, revenue growth and P&L management.
• Proven track record of leading large sales teams and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of retail insurance products, customer lifecycle and distribution channels.
