Job summary

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is hiring Direct Sales Executives to drive enrollments in the fast-growing EdTech sector. This Field + Inside Sales role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, delivering home demos, and closing deals.

You will conduct 150–200 outbound calls, visit families, work from office with field visits, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; freshers may apply. A two-wheeler and personal laptop are required.

Hiring: Direct Sales Executive EdTech Sales

About the Role

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is looking for Direct Sales Executives who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and building a career in the fast-growing EdTech industry.

This is a Field + Inside Sales role where you will connect with prospective students and parents, understand their academic requirements, recommend suitable learning solutions, conduct home demo visits, and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make approximately 150–200 outbound calls to prospective leads regularly.
• Connect with students and parents through calls and field visits.
• Understand academic requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Build strong rapport and maintain customer relationships.
• Schedule and conduct in-person/home demo sessions with students and parents.
• Explain program benefits and address customer queries.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and effectively close sales.
• Follow up with interested parents/students and drive conversions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales updates.
• Contribute to individual and team revenue growth and generate referrals.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply if graduation/exams are completed.
• Prior sales experience is an added advantage.
• Passion for Sales and customer interaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• Personal, functional laptop is mandatory.
• 2-wheeler is mandatory for valid home demo visits.
• Candidate should be comfortable with customer visits and field-based sales activities.

CTC & Benefits

CTC: 3.5 LPA – 4.5 LPA Fixed
Depending on experience and interview performance with the panel.

Working Details

• Work Model: Work From Office + Home Demo Visits
• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
• Fixed Week Off: Monday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00–9:30 PM
