Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya in Pune is seeking a Direct Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor to engage with students and parents, understand their educational needs, and guide them toward the right learning solutions offered by the organization. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

The role includes counselling, field/home visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets, with a requirement for a personal laptop and two-wheeler preferred for field

Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling sessions and field/home visits for interested customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic programs
• Generate and convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
