Job summary

Tekrubb is seeking a role that combines Technical Production and Sales Support. The position requires understanding customer product and application requirements, handling inquiries, and coordinating with production for new product development and trials.

You will assist in sample development, follow-up on orders, and help meet monthly targets while maintaining records and providing technical feedback for product improvement.

• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding customer requirements.
• Follow up on sample development and trial results.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints related to dimensions, hardness, fitting, surface finish and product quality.
• Provide technical feedback from customers to the production team.
• Support improvement and development of existing products
