Job summary

Master Handlers Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India, is seeking a Junior Design Engineer to assist in the design and development of machinery components and assemblies.

You will prepare 2D drawings and 3D models under senior guidance and modify existing designs per project needs. The role also involves preparing design documents, BOMs, and drawings, ensuring proper data storage in server/ERP systems, and coordinating with production and other departments to resolve shop-floor design issues.

• BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Role & responsibilities

Design Support:

• Assist in design and development of machinery components and assemblies.

• Modify existing designs based on project requirements.

Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain design documents, BOMs, and drawings.
• Ensure proper data storage and version control in server/ERP systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification, Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
• Understanding of engineering drawing and GD&T.
• Willingness to learn machine design and industrial processes.
