• Establish quality controls for taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, duplication, and updates.
• Monitor content quality and enact corrective measures as necessary.

Summary: This role focuses on enabling the scalable creation and management of high-quality digital learning content, leveraging digital expertise, Generative AI, and strong data governance practices within a global Digital Track program.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand key digital and technology concepts such as XaaS, cloud, software development lifecycle, AI, data, cybersecurity, APIs, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible knowledge content for various audiences.
• Ensure technical accuracy and relevance in learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for deeper expertise and validation.
• Utilize Generative AI and related tools to create, structure, summarize, enrich, and update learning content.
• Develop reusable digital content including explainers, learning summaries, FAQs, quizzes, learning paths, and knowledge articles.
• Implement effective content validation through human oversight and automation.
• Define and maintain processes for content creation, review, validation, publication, maintenance, and retirement.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of learning data and metadata.
• Prepare and structure data for integration into learning tools and platforms.
• Establish quality controls for taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, duplication, and content updates.
• Monitor data and content quality and enact corrective measures as necessary.
