As Digital Product Owner (DPO) for Requirement Management in the MBSE tool landscape, you will lead the day‑to‑day work of a stable team responsible for operating and continuously improving key applications, including Codebeamer, RVnS (Requirements, Validation, and Source), and Windchill Modeler.
You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple sites, the Digital Product Manager (DPM), the Digital Product Area Owner (DPAO), and the stable team. Your mission is to understand the product roadmap and how your team contributes to it. You will manage stakeholder demands, ensure they are translated into a refined backlog, prioritized according to One Rhythm and PI planning, and delivered according to agreed KPIs for quality, time, and cost.
