As a Requirement Solution Engineer, you act as the vital link between our business and development teams. You capture what the business truly needs — and why — translating it into solutions that bring measurable value.

Every day, you collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to create digital capabilities that move us toward Volvo Group’s ambition of becoming a fully agile and data-driven organization.

• 12+ years of experience in the end-to-end Order and Distribution processes is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with ERP(JD Edward) or COTS systems supporting business-critical operations.
• You take pride in understanding complex business challenges and transforming them into actionable insights.
• You guide teams through the process — from refining requirements and ensuring architectural alignment to maintaining the highest standards in quality, security, and performance.
• You don’t just deliver solutions; you shape experiences that empower the business to grow and evolve.
• Curiosity drives you. You explore emerging technologies, new methodologies, and best practices to find smarter, more sustainable ways of working. You’re comfortable navigating change and thrive in an environment where collaboration, learning, and innovation go hand in hand.

You communicate clearly, work seamlessly across teams and cultures, and make things happen — from concept to delivery.
