Job summary

Volvo Group in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP FICO specialist to lead FI/CO implementation and support, translating business needs into robust, compliant solutions that strengthen financial processes.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT, drive testing from system tests to UAT, provide end‑user training, produce clear documentation, and stay current with SAP FICO and S/4HANA capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years hands‑on experience in SAP FI and CO implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (CO, PCA, IO, Product Costing, PA).
• Proven capability to run and support testing activities, including integration and UAT.
• Experience delivering end‑user training and producing clear functional documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Essential Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP FI and CO implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)
• Proven capability to run and support testing activities, including integration and user acceptance testing
• Experience delivering end‑user training and producing clear functional documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice To Have

• Experience with SAP S 4HANA
• Integration experience with SAP MM, SD, and PP
• SAP FICO certification and or project management experience
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
