Karbon is hiring a Performance Marketer to own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end across India. You will drive high-quality pipeline and SQLs—not just lead volume.

Own ₹20L+/month spend, run ABM campaigns for finance ICPs, and manage full-funnel formats with direct copywriting and design guidance. You will track attribution across Insight Tag, CAPI, CRM, and GA4 to report weekly results.

Qualifications

5–8 years in B2B SaaS/Fintech performance marketing.
3+ years on LinkedIn Ads in India.
Proven record managing ₹20L+/month on LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Deep understanding of finance ICPs and full-funnel economics (CPL → SQL → Pipeline).
Hands-on ABM, Insight Tag, CAPI, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and GA4 expertise.

Responsibilities

Own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end across India and optimize spend.
Execute ABM campaigns for finance ICPs (CFOs, Controllers, Promoters).
Run full-funnel formats: Thought Leader, Document, Lead Gen, and Conversation Ads with CRM retargeting.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Performance Marketer to own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end across India. You will be accountable for driving high-quality pipeline and SQLs—not just lead volume.

Where You Can Create Impact

Own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end with ₹20L+/month spend, reducing CPQL and cost-per-pipeline QoQ.
Execute ABM campaigns (Target Accounts, Matched Audiences) for finance ICPs (CFOs, Controllers, Promoters).
Run full-funnel formats: Thought Leader, Document, Lead Gen, and Conversation Ads with CRM retargeting.
Write high-converting hooks/copy and direct design/video teams on a weekly test cadence.
Own tracking and attribution (Insight Tag, CAPI, CRM, GA4) to report weekly Cost-per-SQL and pipeline.

Must Have

5–8 years in B2B SaaS/Fintech performance marketing (3+ years primary on LinkedIn Ads).
Proven record managing ₹20L+/month on LinkedIn Campaign Manager in India.
Deep understanding of finance ICPs and full-funnel economics (CPL → SQL → Pipeline).
Hands-on ABM, Insight Tag, CAPI, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and GA4 expertise.
Strong copywriting skills and direct accountability to pipeline revenue targets.

Good to Have

Familiarity with Indian SMB accounting or the Tally ecosystem.
Prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo) and SDR alignment.
Experience with Thought Leadership ads, Google Ads/YouTube, or PLG funnels.
