Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Kozhikode and involves planning and executing digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web traffic and user behavior, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The specialist will collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing messages with current offers, maintain consistent branding, and respond to online inquiries and comments. The role also involves staying updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices in travel marketing.

Qualifications
