Job summary

Upce Realtors is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media, create engaging content, and run lead campaigns for premium real estate projects. The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads, reels, and branding, plus the ability to coordinate shoots and produce basic creatives.

The ideal candidate will be creative, communicative, and growth-oriented, with familiarity in Canva/CapCut/Photoshop and a strong sense of online branding. Freshers with strong skills may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred with a digital marketing background.
• DM certification is an added advantage.
• Strong content creation and social media skills.

Employment Type Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Create and upload engaging content, reels, and property posts
• Run Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns
• Handle WhatsApp marketing and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate photo/video shoots for properties
• Design basic creatives, banners, and promotional material
• Manage online branding and audience engagement
• Generate quality leads through digital campaigns
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns
• Maintain social media consistency and growth
• Coordinate with sales team for lead flow and campaign planning
• Basic to advanced knowledge of social media marketing
• Experience with Meta Ads, Instagram marketing, and lead campaigns
• Good understanding of content creation and branding
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred
• Ability to create engaging reels and short-form content
• Real estate marketing experience is an advantage
• Freshers with strong skills and creativity may also apply
