Job summary

Willow Commerce is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email and content channels for our India, US and global markets.

You will plan and run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, build email/nurture flows, create social content and manage landing pages with tracking and reporting to gauge CAC and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably B2B SaaS or e-commerce.
• Excellent written English and copywriting ability
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and email platforms

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn (note: LinkedIn listed in ad)
• Build and send email/nurture campaigns to leads and trial users
• Create and schedule social content and marketing collateral
• Manage landing pages, UTM tracking and campaign reporting
• Analyze CAC, conversion rates and pipeline contribution
• Coordinate with SEO, sales and product teams on go-to-market launches

Full-time, Monday to Friday (US shift overlap)

• Excellent written English and copywriting ability
• Basic design skills (Canva/Figma) are a plus
