Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing operations, campaign planning, execution, and performance.
• Develop and improve marketing processes, workflows, SOPs, and reporting systems.
• Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Creative, and CRM teams.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Manage marketing automation, analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Align marketing activities with client objectives, sales funnels, and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing teams.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across client accounts.
