Job summary

Experion Developers is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead with strong real estate experience to drive the company’s digital strategy, performance marketing, lead generation and online brand presence. You will own campaigns across search, social and video platforms to maximize qualified leads and conversions.

Collaborating with Sales, CRM and Creative teams, you will track trends, optimize CPL and ROAS, and manage agencies and budgets to deliver measurable business results for real estate projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO/SEM and Social Media.
• Experience managing digital campaigns and marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates with experience in real estate project marketing will be preferred.
