Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AI tools and Generative AI applications.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing a future-ready digital capability encompassing AI, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), influencer marketing, digital media, content creation, consumer analytics, dashboards, agency management and marketing technology.

The person should combine strong brand thinking with data orientation and have the ability to translate digital investments into measurable brand and business outcomes.

They should demonstrate:

• Strong strategic understanding of digital brand building
• Hands-on knowledge of paid digital media and media optimisation
• Deep understanding of influencer and creator marketing
• Strong analytical orientation and dashboard interpretation
• Working knowledge of AI tools and emerging Generative AI applications
• Understanding of SEO, search behaviour and emerging GEO principles
• Strong content and creative judgement
• Experience managing multiple brands and stakeholders
• Strong commercial and agency-negotiation skills
• Understanding of Alcobev regulations and responsible marketing
