MatBook in Gurgaon is seeking a Digital Marketing professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience to lead paid media strategy. This role demands running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, and driving measurable customer acquisition.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing professional who knows how to turn ad spend into actual customers and revenue. This is not a “create campaign click publish send screenshot” job.
You should have hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, analysing performance, testing creatives and audiences, and continuously improving acquisition efficiency.
What You Must Know
Meta Ads + Google Ads are non-negotiable. You must have personally run and managed campaigns on both platforms.
We want someone who can confidently tell us:
“I have worked on Meta Ads” is not enough. We want someone who has actually been inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, launched campaigns, monitored them, managed budgets and made optimisation decisions.
