Role Summary

BizInnovision is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and working knowledge of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

You will manage campaigns across client accounts, working closely with our content, design, and development teams to improve brand visibility and generate quality leads. Success in this role means delivering measurable improvements in lead quality, campaign efficiency, and organic visibility. Experience in LinkedIn marketing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversions.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, campaign budgets, and testing of ad creatives and copy.
• Monitor campaign performance, assess lead quality, and take action to improve cost per lead and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, website audits, and on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Apply AEO and GEO practices to improve content visibility across search and AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create effective ads, content, and landing pages.
• Prepare clear performance reports with practical recommendations.
• Take ownership of campaign delivery, contribute fresh ideas, and coordinate team tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with demonstrated results in lead generation or conversion campaigns.
