Job summary

Digitalnest in Hyderabad is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth for Select Mobiles & Touch Mobiles through multi-channel campaigns across Meta Ads, social media, and WhatsApp.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, collaborate with design and video teams, analyze performance, and leverage AI tools to improve ROI and store footfall.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for Select Mobiles & Touch Mobiles.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, and store promotions.
• Develop strategic campaign plans for new smartphone launches, festive offers, and retail promotions.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to create high-impact marketing creatives.
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics including Reach, CPM, CPC, CTR, Cost per Result, and ROAS.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Execute and monitor WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate with store teams on local marketing activities and influencer campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging marketing and growth opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and store walk-ins across all store locations.
