Gauranga Consultancy in Delhi seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, optimize Meta Ads for lead generation, traffic and conversions, and monitor performance with key metrics. You will collaborate with content and sales teams to create compelling creatives and conduct A/B testing to maximize ROI.

Strong audience research, budgeting, bidding strategy experience, and staying updated on industry trends are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Create, monitor, and optimize campaign audiences, budgets, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct audience research and support campaign targeting and segmentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to develop effective ad creatives and campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.
• Support other digital marketing initiatives such as social media marketing,content promotion, and online brand awareness campaigns.
