Job summary

Urja Investment in India seeks a dedicated digital marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and other paid campaigns. You will manage lead generation, customer acquisition, and the company's social media presence while coordinating with designers for creatives.

The role requires developing digital strategies aligned with business objectives, tracking metrics like CPL, ROI, and conversions, and staying abreast of digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, BFSI, FinTech or Financial Services preferred.
• Independent management of digital campaigns (not just assisting an agency/team).
• Comfortable functioning as a sole digital marketing lead/dunction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Manage paid digital campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Handle the company's complete Social Media Marketing activities.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
• Create campaign briefs and coordinate with designers/content creators for creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, leads, conversions, ROI and other key metrics.
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization.
• Manage social media pages and ensure regular and engaging content.
• Track leads and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
• Prepare regular Digital Marketing & Campaign Performance Reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, advertising policies and digital marketing practices.
• Take complete ownership of digital marketing activities with minimal supervision.
