Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, queries and enquiries.
• Create social media posts, graphics, creatives and digital content for regular brand communication.
• Manage and enhance the company's LinkedIn presence, online visibility and digital brand image.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media campaigns, digital outreach and inbound enquiries.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Research social media trends, hashtags and competitor activities to improve engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, promotional activities and marketing communication.
• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement and enquiries and support improvement in digital marketing activities.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication, content quality and online presence across platforms.
