We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and generate quality business leads.

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote the company's services, strengthen corporate branding, improve online visibility, and support business development and recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Manage and regularly update the company website to ensure relevant, accurate, and SEO-friendly content.
• Improve website ranking through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
• Plan and execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns using Google Ads.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for the company website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Develop creative content highlighting company projects, achievements, safety initiatives, CSR activities, recruitment campaigns, and corporate events.
• Generate quality business leads through digital marketing initiatives and support the Business Development team.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, user engagement, and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports, including campaign ROI, website analytics, lead generation, and social media performance.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, website developers, Business Development, HR, and other internal departments to execute marketing initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithms, SEO practices, and social media developments.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM).
• Content Marketing and Copywriting.
• Email Marketing.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools will be an added advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
• Experience in B2B, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marine, Offshore, EPC, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
