ManpowerGroup India is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. This early-career role offers hands-on experience across multiple digital channels and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact campaigns.

You will support social posts, SEO tasks, analytics, email marketing, content updates, and coordination with designers and vendors, while learning from the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience with content calendars and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts and content calendars.
• Perform basic keyword research and assist SEO tasks.
• Monitor campaigns with GA, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors.
• Assist in email marketing and campaign reporting.
• Maintain site content and ensure mobile responsiveness.
• Research industry trends and audience preferences.
• Support Marketing Manager and assist with briefs.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands‑on experience across multiple digital channels and contribute to high-impact campaigns. You will work closely on the digital marketing projects and assist in executing day‑to‑day digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in creating and scheduling social media posts and content calendars
• Conduct basic keyword research and assist in on-page and off-page SEO tasks
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for campaign deliverables
• Assist in email marketing, newsletters, and campaign reporting
• Maintain and update website content (Sitecore knowledge preferred) including blogs, landing pages, and insight reports. Assist in maintaining website functionality, checking for broken links, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
• Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing Manager
• Brief writing experience and coordinating with the design team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or freelance projects doesn't count)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel
• Familiarity with website performance tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of LinkedIn ads will be an added advantage
