Job summary

Zartek Technologies in Kerala is seeking a junior digital marketing specialist to own day-to-day social media handles and support paid campaigns on Google and Meta. This hands-on role offers real budgets and accountability, with a clear link between what is published, what is spent, and what it returns.

You will plan content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, build monthly calendars with the design team, set up and optimise campaigns, monitor metrics, and report results to clients.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Understanding of how Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns are structured
• Strong written English, capable of client-facing reports
• Comfort with data; read campaign dashboards
• A degree or certification in marketing or communications is useful but not mandatory

Job description

You'll own the day-to-day social media handles of multiple client brands and support paid campaigns on Google and Meta. This is a hands-on role with real budgets and real accountability — you'll see the direct line between what you publish, what you spend, and what it returns.

What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X for a portfolio of client accounts
• Build monthly content calendars and coordinate with our design team on creatives
• Set up, run, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, UAC/App campaigns) and Meta Ads
• Monitor CPI, CPC, CTR, ROAS and other campaign metrics; adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets based on what the data shows
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution tools like AppsFlyer
• Build clear monthly reports for clients — what ran, what worked, what changes next month
• Stay on top of platform changes, ad policy updates, and format trends

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships, freelance work, and personal projects all count)
• Working understanding of how Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns are structured
• Strong written English — you'll be writing captions and client-facing reports
• Comfort with numbers; you should be able to look at a campaign dashboard and say what's going wrong
• A degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is useful but not mandatory

Nice to have

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Exposure to app install campaigns or attribution/MMP tools
• Basic skills in Canva, Figma, or video editing
• Experience managing more than one brand at a time
