We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages.
• Monitor website rankings and organic traffic.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Google Ads

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
• Manage PPC budgets effectively.

Social Media Marketing

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms.
• Create engaging content and promotional posts.
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Monitor social media performance metrics.

Content Marketing

• Develop content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Email Marketing

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and segment customer databases.
• Track email performance metrics such as open and click‑through rates.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Analyze user behavior and provide actionable insights.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign data.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Knowledge of Content Marketing and Email Marketing.
• Understanding of keyword research and digital marketing tools.
• Good communication and content writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or similar marketing tools is an added advantage.

Qualification
