• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns; manage budgets and report ROAS.
• Run WhatsApp campaigns to dealers and B2B buyers via Business API.
• Manage product listings, keywords, and ads on Amazon and Shopify store.
• Handle website SEO, product page copy, and catalogue content.
• Support export marketing with content for overseas markets (UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Mauritius, South Africa).
• Track leads from digital channels and coordinate handover to sales.
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

About the Role

We manufacture and export office, cafeteria, and canteen furniture, with a growing presence in India and overseas markets. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our online presence end-to-end — brand content, paid campaigns, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and daily posting across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Produce product and lifestyle content — photo shoots, short-form video, reels, and AI-assisted visuals (room scenes, background edits, 3D renders)
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns; manage budgets and report on ROAS
• Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to dealers and B2B buyers via the Business API
• Manage product listings, keywords, and ad campaigns on Amazon and our Shopify store
• Handle website SEO, product page copy, and catalogue/brochure content
• Support export marketing with content for overseas markets (UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Mauritius, South Africa)
• Track leads generated from digital channels and coordinate handover to the sales team
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions

Requirements

• 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably with a manufacturing, furniture, home dcor, or B2B brand
• Hands‑on with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and at least one marketplace (Amazon Seller Central preferred)
• Working knowledge of video and photo editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Descript, or similar)
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and speed
• Strong written English; Hindi and Gujarati an advantage
• Able to work independently and manage a shoot from concept to final post
